Terms of use
1. Publisher
Arthur Couturier, sole trader, 20 port Saint Sauveur, 31400 Toulouse, France, SIREN 930 959 572 ("we"). Contact: arthurcouturier.freelance@gmail.com.
2. The service
Je t'aime lets two people link as a couple and share a common space: days together, question of the day, photo of the week, distance, rituals and widgets. By using the app you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
3. Account
- You must be at least 16 years old and have a valid phone number, confirmed by SMS.
- You are responsible for your phone and for access to your account.
- Only choose as your partner someone who agrees: the couple only exists once they choose you too.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings (see the privacy policy for what is erased).
4. Content and acceptable use
You keep ownership of what you write and post; you only allow us to store it and show it to your partner in order to run the service. You agree not to use the app to harass, threaten, impersonate anyone, post illegal content, or try to bypass its protections (including SMS abuse). We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
5. Premium subscription
- Some features may require a Premium subscription, bought through the App Store or Google Play at the prices shown in the app.
- The subscription renews automatically each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends, from your Apple or Google account settings. Payment, renewal and refunds are handled by the store under its own terms.
- Premium also benefits your partner while you are a couple in the app. After a break-up, only the subscriber keeps access.
- Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription with the store: remember to cancel it.
- Right of withdrawal: by asking for immediate access to digital content, you acknowledge that this right no longer applies once access has started, within the limits of the law and the store's terms.
6. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service available and reliable but cannot guarantee it at all times (maintenance, outages, network). Distance and widgets are indicative. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for content exchanged between partners.
7. Changes and termination
We may change the app and these terms; if something important changes, we will tell you in the app. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. In case of dispute we will first look for an amicable solution; under article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code you may also use a consumer mediator free of charge, or the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
